By creating an account and playing Masked City you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
By registering an account on Masked City you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Game Rules and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree do not use this service.
All players are required to follow the Masked City Game Rules at all times. The rules can be accessed via the Rules page. Violation of the Game Rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
Masked City is not intended for persons under the age of 13. By creating an account you confirm that you are 13 years of age or older. Accounts found to belong to players under 13 will be suspended until the appropriate age is reached.
Masked City does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the game. We are not responsible for downtime, connectivity issues, or data loss resulting from technical failures beyond our control.
All content on Masked City including but not limited to artwork, code, game mechanics, character designs, and written content is the property of Masked City. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without explicit written permission.
Any individual who attempts to hack, reverse engineer, gain unauthorized access to, or undermine the integrity of this site will have their account permanently terminated. Legal action may be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Masked City provides features that allow players to post content including forum posts, chat messages, profile information, and alliance descriptions. This content does not necessarily reflect the views of Masked City.
Players are solely responsible for the content they post. Masked City reserves the right to edit, delete, or refuse any content that violates these Terms or our Game Rules, and to revoke the privileges of any player who does not comply.
The use of bots, macros, scripts, or any automated software to interact with the game is strictly forbidden. Players agree not to interfere with site operation or page content through any unauthorized means. Violations will result in immediate permanent account termination.
All purchases on Masked City are final. Virtual items including credits and donator packs are delivered instantly upon successful payment and are non-refundable.
If a player initiates a chargeback or payment reversal and wishes to continue playing they will be required to repay the disputed amount plus a $25 USD chargeback fee before their account is reinstated. Accounts with outstanding chargebacks will be suspended.
Purchases are tied to the account they were made on and cannot be transferred to another account. Ensure all purchases are made on the correct account.
Players who no longer wish to play may simply stop logging in. Accounts inactive for 180 days may be deleted.
Masked City reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms or Game Rules without prior notice or refund.
Masked City shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to server outages, natural disasters, or internet infrastructure failures.
Masked City is provided as-is. We make no warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or suitability of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law Masked City shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Masked City operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Other areas of the game such as chat, forums, and alliance boards may have their own specific rules. These rules are in addition to these Terms and do not replace them. Violation of any game rule is considered a violation of these Terms and will be dealt with accordingly.
Ignorance of the rules or Terms is not an excuse and will not be accepted as a defense.
