Pawn Shop
The Pawn Shop is a two-way trade counter: sell junk you dig up around the city for Cash and Pawn Points, then spend both currencies here on gear, tools, and consumables you can't get anywhere else. Nothing sold here can be bought with Cash alone — every item costs Cash and Pawn Points together.
Pawn Points (PP)
Pawn Points are a second currency earned only one way: pawning junk items ("pawnables") at this counter. You can't buy them, win them, or earn them anywhere else — the only source is selling what you find. Every buyable item in the shop has a PP cost on top of its Cash cost, so PP is really a measure of how much junk you've pawned over time. There's no cap on how many you can hold.
Selling is limited to 10 pawns per day (resets at the daily reset), which is what makes PP slow to accumulate and turns items like the Disintegrator and Dreadnought into a genuine long-term grind rather than something you can buy on day one.
Finding Pawnables
Pawnables never show up in a shop listing to buy — the only way to get one (short of a Care Package) is to find it. Four sources roll for one independently, without touching any of that source's own existing rewards:
| Source | Chance per action | Rarity odds |
|---|---|---|
| Exploring | 1 in 15 | 65% Common / 28% Uncommon / 7% Rare |
| Junkyard rummaging | 1 in 10 | 60% Common / 30% Uncommon / 10% Rare |
| The Penthouse Rooftop | 1 in 15 | 55% Common / 30% Uncommon / 15% Rare |
| MCC Care Package | Guaranteed, every package | 100% Legendary |
| MCC lucky draw (fighter or bettor) | 2 fighters + 2 bettors per tournament | 100% Legendary |
Legendary pawnables never drop from Exploring, the Junkyard, or the Rooftop — the MCC Championship (a Care Package, or one of the smaller lucky-draw prizes) is the only way to get one. See MCC for the full prize breakdown.
Buying
Six items, each a flat Cash + PP cost unless noted otherwise:

What each one does
- Disintegrator / Dreadnought — real equippable gear, added straight to your Inventory like anything from the Arsenal. Their 15,000 PP cost is the single biggest PP sink in the game.
- Wanderer — a Backpack tool. Click it to instantly consume 100 Explore Turns for a flat 200–300 Scraps and $200–$1,000 Cash — no food, no pawnables, no travel. Buy as many as you want; each purchase adds one to your stack.
- Pet Feeder — lasts 60 days from purchase and only one can be active at a time (buying a second while one is running is blocked). While active, every food item you throw away from your Lunchbox banks +1 meal in the feeder (capped at 100 stored). A background check every 10 minutes feeds every living pet you own from the bank — each pet spends its own meal (they don't share one), and a pet with no feeding room left is simply skipped that round. You'll get a notification each time a pet actually eats.
- Protein Bar — a food item, added straight to your Lunchbox like Bodega food.
- Gamma Juice — its price scales with your current level ($20,000 and 70 PP per level, so it gets steadily more expensive as you grow). Buying it adds one to your Backpack; drinking it from there forces an instant Level +1 (your EXP is kept, not spent — it's possible to bank EXP and let a big Gamma Juice level-up cascade into several more organic level-ups on your next few page loads) plus +25 Speed/Power/Strength, +10 Intel, +5 Street, +25 Energy, and a reputation shift (+100,000 for heroes, −100,000 for villains). Limited to one purchase per month per account.
Selling
Every pawnable you own can be sold here for its listed Cash + PP value, one at a time, up to the 10-per-day limit. The Lockbox is the one exception — instead of selling it, you can open it straight from the Backpack for a random $10,000–$50,000 payout.

Tips
- PP only comes from pawning, so the 10-a-day sell cap is the real bottleneck on buying the Disintegrator or Dreadnought — expect it to take weeks of steady finding and selling, not a single grind session.
- Keep an eye on rarity when you sell — a single Rare pawnable is worth as much PP as roughly 25–30 Commons, so don't burn your daily 10 slots on cheap finds if better ones are sitting in your Backpack.
- Buy Gamma Juice early in a level range rather than late — its Cash and PP cost both scale with your current level, so the same drink is cheaper the lower your level is when you buy it.
- Only run one Pet Feeder purchase at a time on purpose — buying a second while one is active is blocked, so there's no way to stack durations or meal caps.
