The Penthouse

The Penthouse is an exclusive members' space with its own currency (Prestige), its own shop (Special Items), and rooms that each give a real, permanent edge — but getting in takes real investment, and staying in isn't automatic.

Getting In

Two steps, both gated at Level 100:

  1. Membership Card — a one-time 10 Points, required before anything else.
  2. Then pick how you're staying:
    • Permanent Access — free, but you need Level 100+, at least 1,000 lifetime battles (wins + losses combined), and an 80%+ lifetime win rate. This isn't a one-time check — your win rate is re-verified live every time access is needed. Let it slip below 80% and you're suspended (locked out, not kicked) until you climb back above it.
    • Paid Access — $25,000 × your level, good for 30 days. Renew any time before it lapses for $2,000 × your level per day.

Prestige

Prestige is the Penthouse's own currency, capped at 100. You earn it once per day (at the noon reset), up to +15/day, broken into three independent +5 awards:

  • +5 if your lifetime win rate is 80%+
  • +5 if you're a War General or have 25+ War Points
  • +5 if your Intel is 1,000+

You only need to actually meet each condition — you don't need to have unlocked the matching room to earn that piece.

Special Items

Three items, only one active at a time. First one you equip costs 100 Points; switching to a different one after that costs 10 Prestige. Unequipping is free. All three only work while your Penthouse access is currently active — let your access lapse and the bonus stops applying.

Weight Vest
Weight Vest
+10% Gym stat gains
Lucky Pendant
Lucky Pendant
+15% EXP from Combat, Arena, and Streets
Money Magnet
Money Magnet
+10% Cash from Streets

The Weight Vest stacks multiplicatively with the Gym Suite's own +10% room bonus — that's a genuine ×1.21 total on your training gains while both are active, not a flat +20%.

Rooms

Lobby

Open to every member. Sells Brawler Brunch — a Penthouse-exclusive food item, priced like double a Hero Hoagie and scaled by your level the same way the Bodega prices everything. A Fill Trolley option tops off your Lunchbox in one purchase, same as the Bodega.

Rooftop

Open to every member. A daily click-through loot grid: 25 turns/day, refilling at the midnight reset. Buy more turns anytime for 1 Prestige = 5 turns, no cap on repeat purchases.

Every turn rolls one of three reward types — 40% Cash ($20–$200), 40% Scraps (1–7), 20% Food (a random item, rarer picks skew toward the better food). No Energy Drinks ever drop here.

Gym Suite

Requires an 80%+ lifetime win rate to enter. Same stat-training formula as the regular Gym — same Energy and cash cost per train, same momentum system, same Intel training cap at 1,000 — but every gain here gets a flat +10% Gym Suite bonus on top, and costs 1 Prestige per train in addition to the normal costs.

Also offers Instant Boost — 5 Prestige for an immediate +1 Speed, +1 Strength, +1 Power, no Energy or cash needed.

War Room

Requires War General title or 25+ War Points to enter. Two things on offer:

  • Switch Alignment — 25 Prestige, flips Hero↔Villain outright. If you're currently enrolled in the Alignment War, this force-unenrolls you first, same as leaving through the Watchtower.
  • Buy a Meal — 5 Prestige for +1 meal, no food required.

Library

Requires 1,000+ Intel to enter. Three actions:

  • Instant Momentum — 5 Prestige, once per day. Instantly grants the full 1.3× training momentum multiplier on a stat of your choice — the same cap you'd otherwise need 7 consecutive same-stat trains to reach.
  • "How to be a Hero/Villain" — 10 Prestige. Grants +10% cash and +10% EXP on your next 100 Streets runs. Reading it again refreshes the counter back to 100 rather than stacking past that.
  • "The History of Masked City" — 10 Prestige for a flat +0.5 Intel, the one sanctioned way past the normal 1,000 training cap, hard-capped at 2,500 Intel total.

Parlor

The doorway to the Penthouse's private forum board — members-only discussion space, same forum system as everywhere else. See Forums.

Tips

  • Permanent Access isn't "set and forget" — if you're chasing it, keep an eye on your win rate even after you qualify, since it's checked live every time, not just at signup.
  • Prestige caps at 100, so let it build toward something specific (Instant Momentum, an Instant Boost, a Special Item switch) rather than letting daily gains go to waste sitting at the cap.
  • The Library's Intel read is the only way past the normal 1,000 soft cap right now — worth prioritizing if you're trying to push Intel further for its Streets/Junkyard/combat bonuses.
  • Weight Vest is the strongest pick if you're actively grinding the Gym Suite specifically — the multiplicative stack with the room's own bonus adds up fast.
